1. Return Eligibility
- Eligible items: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Product condition: Only new, unopened items are eligible for return.
- Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the order date.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.

This return policy applies to customers in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

3. Return Method & Fees
- Return method: By mail.
- Return label: Download and print label — THB 100.
- Processing fee: THB 300 will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the returned package.
- Return shipping: Customer pays the return shipping costs.
4. Return Package Issues
If your return package is unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or returned due to an incorrect address:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days from the order date.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. Important Notes
- All returned products must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
