  • Eligible items: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Product condition: Only new, unopened items are eligible for return.
  • Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the order date.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.

3. Return Method & Fees

  • Return method: By mail.
  • Return label: Download and print label — THB 100.
  • Processing fee: THB 300 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the returned package.
  • Return shipping: Customer pays the return shipping costs.

4. Return Package Issues

If your return package is unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days from the order date.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Important Notes

  • All returned products must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.
