Delivery Times
- Total delivery time: typically 7–17 business days (estimate).

Order Handling Time: 1–6 business days.
Fulfilled Monday–Friday. This is the time required to prepare and pack your order before shipment. -
Transit Time: usually 6–11 business days after dispatch.
Carrier pickup and delivery Monday–Friday. - Regional Variation: For most destinations in Southeast Asia (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam), delivery typically takes 6–14 business days after dispatch. For other regions outside Southeast Asia, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination country/region, and tier. Fees are displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed by 10:00 AM KST (Korea Standard Time) will begin processing on the same day. Orders received after the cut-off will begin processing on the next business day.
